One city, four different baths
The permit desk is the City of Encinitas. The floor plans are not the same.
This is an independent referral guide. It connects homeowners with independent providers and may receive compensation. It is not a licensed contractor and it does not do the work.
Why the communities are split
Leucadia and Cardiff by the Sea grew along the coast. Olivenhain and New Encinitas are inland of that cottage pattern. A conversion that fits a wide master bath can fail in a hall bath with a door that hits the tub.

Describe the bath
Say Leucadia, Cardiff, Olivenhain, or New Encinitas, and whether you want a curb.
